ShopFast AI Refund Policy

At Flow Innovations, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with ShopFast AI. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair for both you and us.

When You Can Get a Refund

• Time limit: You must request your refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment.
• Refund eligibility: ShopFast AI offers a free trial where you can test ShopFast AI or import pages into your store after subscribing. If you didn’t create any additional pages or import pages post-subscription, you won’t qualify for a refund. In that case, please contact our support team.
• Yearly subscriptions: If you have any paid features by creating or importing pages, ShopFast AI won’t qualify for a refund. In that case, you can cancel your subscription and continue using ShopFast AI until your current billing ends.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once these conditions are met, you can submit a refund request. We usually process refunds within 1-2 business days, though it might take up to five business days in some cases. After processing, the refund amount will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account can vary depending on your card provider’s policies.

Yearly Subscriptions

If you have a yearly subscription and request a refund, we’ll deduct a charge for the months you actively used ShopFast AI, calculated at the standard monthly subscription rate. For example, if you paid for a Yearly Lite Plan and request a refund after two months, and the monthly Lite plan costs $39, then $78 will be deducted from your refund.

Our refund policy after the trial period is strictly enforced to ensure fairness for everyone. Please note that a small processing fee may apply to refund requests.
